SAET Strategic Plan 2025-2028

In 2025 SAET underwent an internal review of its strategic direction for the next 4 years and has developed a new strategic plan for the period 2025 to 2028.

The SAET Strategic Plan 2025 – 2028 maintains its vision to be a leading employment tribunal and remains focused on:

• People
• Users
• Processes 
• Technology and Facilities

SAET embodies a workplace culture that reflects our values and demonstrates respectful behaviour in all dealings with tribunal members and staff.  That extends to all tribunal users who should demonstrate respectful behaviour in all dealings with the Tribunal and each other.
