Practice Directions 2025

The President of the South Australian Employment Tribunal, the Honourable Justice Steven Dolphin, has introduced new Practice Directions designed to provide enhanced clarity and consistency of procedures, and guidance to parties and representatives. Amendments have also been made which flow from legislative changes.
