SAET Application for Directions Form Updated

SAET has added 2 questions to its Application for Directions form. In addition to providing the exact directions that are sought, the party lodging the Application for Directions (P05) will also need to set out the:

• Attempts made to resolve the issue – Set out briefly the attempts made to resolve the issue, including dates and the means to resolve the issue by agreement before this application was filed.

• Provisions relied upon – Set out every provision of legislation, regulation or rule relied upon for the directions sought.

If you have the old version of the form saved, you should update it with the version now available on the SAET Forms website. Older versions will not be accepted from 30 September 2021.
