Attendances at SAET – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic responses

As a result of recent changes to the South Australian Government’s COVID-19 restrictions, the directions in my previous communication ‘Attendances at SAET – COVID-19 (12 January 2022)’ have now ceased.

All people attending SAET should do so in accordance with the directions and guidance set out on the SAET website – SAET’s response to COVID-19.

Matters before Commissioners

Commissioners will conduct all conferences and hearings as per the latest notice you have received in relation to your matter.

It is anticipated that most Initial Directions Hearings will continue to be conducted by telephone or video conference.

Presidential Members will conduct conferences and hearings as per the latest notice you have received in relation to your matter.

It is anticipated that most Directions Hearings will continue to be conducted by telephone or video conference.

Review

We will review our position in accordance with changing circumstances, updated South Australian Government advice and directives, and the advice of health experts.
